Cancellations and early departure policy

Please note that cancellation fees apply.
No refunds will be issued for early departures or unused nights
The policy apply to all bookings, including telephonic,whatsapp, and email reservations

Cancellation Policy
• More than 30 days before arrival: 90% refund of the amount paid (less any bank or transaction fees)
• 15-30 days before arrival: 50% refund of the amount paid
• 7-14 days before arrival: 25% refund of the amount paid
• Less than 7 days before arrival (no show) : no refund

Early departures:
Guests who depart earlier thank the confirmed booking dates, for any reason whatsoever (including work,personal or emergency matters),will not be entitled to any refund for unused nights.
