House Rules:

• Check out: 10:00
• No smoking in chalets or rooms
• No pets

Deposit Policy:

• Deposit of 50% is required within 3 days of booking to secure the booking.

Cancellation Policy:

• 1 month before stay 50% of deposit is refundable
• 2 weeks before stay 25% of deposit is refundable
• less than 2 weeks before stay 0% of deposit is refundable

Child Policy:

• Children are allowed from any age.
• From 3 years to 11 years children are half price if they occupy a bed.
• Kliphuis: R1000 (single rate + child rate)
• Hartbees Villa: No children
• NO SINGLE rate for other chalets.
